Delivery and Tracking

Goods are dispatched by traceable courier service to provide fast and efficient delivery.

Services

Your distributor will arrange for your artwork to be created . You will need to supply as a minimum a rough layout sketch, with colours specified, along with any logos or special matter required.

Overprint size

Each calendar code carries a different template size which can be downloaded from the link below. If you supply your own artwork, we can resize it to fit different template sizes, as long as the artwork is supplied in the correct high resolution PDF format.

Colour

You need to supply to us the PMS (Pantone colour) number, if the job is one, two, three colours or alternatively CMYK.

Producing your own Artwork

Colour proofs are emailed for approval prior to printing unless your job is an exact repeat of the previous year and your order specifies repeat artwork.

Logos

All logos should be supplied in the generic file format of the application, or as editable eps or pdf files. Only supply raster images such as tiff or jpeg if they are for reproduction in a single colour or four colour process (CMYK).
